Who we are

CENTIF was founded on a simple idea: that construction and property services are better delivered by specialists who share one standard of quality, safety and integrity, rather than a single company trying to do everything. Today that idea has grown into six divisions — Construction, Maintenance, Homes, Estates, Recruitment and Consulting — each expert in its own field, each backed by the strength of the wider group.

We work across residential, commercial, industrial and public-sector projects, from new-build developments to long-term estate and facilities management. What ties every project together is the same approach: careful planning, transparent communication, and a genuine sense of responsibility to the people who will use what we build long after we've handed over the keys.
